Shipping Policy
Estimated delivery time is 3–4 weeks.
Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to schedule the delivery.
Please provide accurate delivery details, including the address, floor number, elevator availability, and any access instructions.
Any remaining balance must be fully paid before the order is dispatched.
Delivery appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Please ensure that all access pathways and the installation area are clear and ready before delivery.
Our delivery team does not move or remove existing furniture.
Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy
1. Payment & Delivery Terms
Prepaid Orders (Non-COD): Full payment must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date to guarantee delivery on the original date.
2. Cancellation & Modifications
Timeframe: Orders cannot be canceled or modified after 24 hours from payment confirmation.
3. Returns & Exchanges (Standard Items)
General Timeframe & Terms: Returns or exchanges for standard items are permitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
Exclusion (Customized Furniture):The 14-day return policy does not apply to customized furniture (tailored dimensions, specific fabrics, or wood variations). Custom items are eligible for return or exchange only in cases of manufacturing defects.
Item Condition: Products must be in new, original condition, unaltered, free from customer-induced damage, and packaged in their original packaging with all accessories.
Required Documentation: The original invoice, along with all accessories, promotional gifts, and warranty cards, must accompany the returned item.
Inspection & Refunds: Returned items will be inspected by our Quality Department within 5 working days. Upon approval, refunds will be processed (minus shipping fees) within 10 working days via bank transfer or payment card.
Shipping Fees: Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
4. Inspection & Delivery Claims
Immediate Inspection: Customers must thoroughly inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
Reporting Window: Any manufacturing defects, transit damage, or assembly issues must be reported within the first week (7 days) of use.
Technical Report & Resolution: Our technical team will provide a comprehensive report, a proposed solution, and an estimated timeline for repair or replacement within 3 working days of inspecting the item.
5. Warranty (2 Years)
Coverage: All products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and material faults.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from: Improper use, accidental damage, or improper storage. Normal wear and tear, scratches, or stains.
Natural Material Characteristics: Natural variations in wood grain, marble veining, color shades, and raw material textures are inherent characteristics of natural materials and are not considered manufacturing defects.
6. Approval of Specifications
All dimensions, materials, and shop drawings are considered reviewed and final approved by the customer once production has commenced.
